    See Mixed Media Artist, Justine Darby (@darbydesigns) paint LIVE at pop-up shop CULTURE by Indy Mindy (located on level 2, beside Lululemon) this Saturday March 19th 2022, 11am-7pm. The shop is filled with great products from local Black owned brands for the whole family including clothing, haircare and home decor.

    About the Artist:

    Justine Darby is a mixed media visual artist born and raised in Mississauga. Her love of art and design has been prevalent since high school, leading into her art & design studies at George Brown College.

    Her art is bold in both colour and content, with an eclectic mix of textiles and paint mediums that draw influence from her Caribbean heritage and experiences as a first-generation Canadian. Her signature style of painting numerous layers helps bring her pieces alive with texture, movement and depth that makes the eye dance across the canvas.
