This is a Key Holder Role that is responsible for managing the Store Operations.

Responsibilities Highlights Include:

  • shipping and receiving of stock
  • store visual and promotional updates are executed to BBW Standards
  • store is full, abundant and product is flowing effectively from back of house to front of house
  • maintaining backroom organization and adhering to health and safety standards


  • looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years experience in a stock supervisor role
  • experience in supervising and developing a team
  • experience in visual merchandising and leading visual detail excellence
  • experience with inventory management and backroom organization
  • minimum of 25-32 hours per week, most weeks will be up to 40 hours
  • must have open availability with the ability to flex to overnights during the Holiday Season Mon-Fri (October - January)

Key Holder/Operations Supervisor Job Description:

Title:  Operations Supervisor

Reports to:  Store Manager

Supervises:  Supervises stock/visual associates when assigned as Manager on Duty

Roles & Responsibilities:

Build High Performing Teams:

  • responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the Store Manager and the Assistant Managers
  • provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to the Leadership Team
  • coach and reward in the moment to maximize the productivity of the stock team
  • responsible for enforcing Company Policy, ensures a safe work environment, free of harassment or unlawful discrimination
  • lead stock team and ensure they meet their stock goals and ensure shipment is done within allocated scheduled time
  • set direction and goals for the night team
  • ensure associates receive scheduled breaks and meal periods

Telling the Brand Story:

  • leads the replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant
  • execute visual standards and maintain a safe, inviting store appearance
  • assist with floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, etc as directed

Operational Excellence:

  • receive shipment and enter box quantity into back office PC
  • reports any missing or damaged shipment to the Manager and Head Office
  • maintains policy and procedures
  • lead operational teams
  • incorporate asset protection and safety messages into daily operations
