From an extensive beverage menu to homemade apple pie, REDS has plenty of delicious items to offer guests, and yes, even those with the pickiest of palates will be impressed. Upon entrance, expect to be greeted with beautifully restored furnishings (we suggest looking up!), sparkling chandeliers, walls lined with eye-catching décor elements like haute couture shoes, and a mosaic-inspired floor that is Instagram gold. As far as food and beverage go, there's lots to be excited about, but here are four items from REDS worth highlighting:

Available Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM – 3 PM, the brunch cocktail list includes refreshing libations such as a Hibiscus Bellini, which includes gin, prosecco, hibiscus simple syrup, fresh lemon juice and blackberries. Also, on the brunch menu is a mouth-watering array of pancakes to savoury items such as lobster avocado toast. Need we say more?

REDS is home to an epic drinks menu, including a DIY G&T section, or as REDS refers to as Gin O’Clock. Pick from endless amounts of international Gin options and mix with your favourite garnish, which is categorized by florals, citruses, herbals and spices. For those who can’t decide, REDS offers an array of signature Gin cocktails such as a Pistachio Cooler, which is a fine blend of cherry liqueur, lemon juice, pistachio syrup, fresh pressed apple juice and star anise. Cheers to that!

Small plates, big bowl salads, curries, burgers, and steak are aplenty on REDS menu. But, if you’re the indecisive type, we suggest perusing their menu ahead of time. For a true dining experience, sample their tasting menu–a family style house specialty that includes mains such as their roast chicken (marinated for 48 hours prior to serving), slow cooked bbq pork ribs or a new york steak. Don’t forget the sides, like truffle parmesan fries. The tasting menu serves 2–4, ideal for a romantic date night or intimate gathering.

Naturally, we’ve saved the best for last. Dessert aficionados will want to get their hands on REDS homemade apple pie or 2-bite butter tarts, which we they bake from scratch daily. The open concept kitchen even allows you to watch them bake from the outside in. And, if you’re craving something with a hint of chocolate, the chocolate chess pie filled with chocolate ganache custard, flaky chocolate crust and Chantilly cream is the perfect sweet treat at the end of your meal.
