It’s always barbecue season! Bring an appetite (and possibly some wet wipes!), and dig in to the Sweet Whiskey Pork Ribs or the Dinosaur Beef Ribs (not for the faint of heart). And for non-meat eaters, there are even vegan “ribs,” made from grilled organic tempeh, smothered in balsamic and garlic BBQ sauce. Other Southern-inspired dishes include Buttermilk Fried Chicken, BJ’s Backyard Brisket Burger, and the Pulled Shortrib Sandwich.
