Square One x Simons Holiday Giveaway Event Rules
Open to individuals 18+. No purchase necessary. Employees of La Maison Simons, Oxford Properties Group, their ad agencies, and family or household members are not eligible. Official Rules
Eligibility
You can participate in the event if:
- You are 18 years old or older on the day you take part. You will be asked to show proof of government-issued identification (ex: driver’s license, passport, etc.)
- You agree to these Official Rules.
You cannot participate if:
- You have already participated in the giveaway; or
- You work for La Maison Simons, Oxford Properties Group, or their advertising and promotion companies; or
- You are a parent, sibling, child, spouse, or live in the same home as someone who works for those companies.
Giveaway Period
- The giveaway runs on December 5, 2025 at 2:00PM EST at the Simons holiday display at Square One Shopping Centre.
- You can take part only during this time and while supplies last.
- Please note that opening hours for the Simons holiday display may vary.
How to Take Part
- No purchase necessary.
- Visit the Simons holiday display during the giveaway period.
- Correctly answer a skill-testing question without assistance.
- Pick one ornament from the holiday bag (while supplies last).
- Each ornament contains a prize.
- One ornament and one prize per person.
Skill Question
Before selecting your ornament, you must answer a skill-testing question. You can choose between a math question or a general knowledge question.
If you do not answer correctly, you cannot claim the prize.
Prizes
- Prizes include:
- Simons gift cards: 70 gift cards x $20, 25 gift cards x $50, 5 gift cards x $75
- Total value of all prizes: $3,025.00 CAD
- Prizes cannot be traded, exchanged, or turned into cash.

- Prizes will be awarded at the Simons holiday display
Odds of Winning
Your chances of winning a particular prize depends on how many ornaments and prizes are left when you take part.
