This position is responsible for assisting Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by the management team. Provide superior customer service standards and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business. Execute short and long term plans to achieve goals in support of the store’s business strategy. Responsible for product and brand image presentation while maintaining a neat and organized store. Job Responsibilities Regular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shifts Support overall Regional and National comp and new store growth Increase Excellence in Service by Accelerating and Maintaining customer retention, team education and customer in store experience Communicates feedback on business results to management team Assist with execution of national events and product launches Ensures that all customers receive the highest level service Maximize selling, Ensures sales floor is supervised appropriately Oversees team in the absence of and in partnership with store manager Enforce company policies and procedures Perform open and close procedures for the store Regular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shifts This position provides 35+ hours/week; can be discussed with hiring manager Qualifications: Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred Prior key holder experience preferred Customer service experience Communication skills Analytical skills Basic computer skills Must be willing to work flexible hours and to work nights and weekends High School Diploma or GED required Must be 18 years or older Physical Environment: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis English mandatory Experience • 2+ years of specialty retail store experience • Working knowledge of store operation procedures • Highly resourceful, flexible and able to solve problems in a timely manner • Willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
