We specialize in timeless occasion wear, including wedding guest dresses, prom gowns, bridal/baby shower outfits, and a curated collection of shirts, suits, activewear, knitwear, sets, pants, and skirts. With a commitment to elegance, quality, and exceptional customer service, Lusso brings European sophistication to our customers both in-store and online, with worldwide shipping available. We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Store Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets. This is an exceptional opportunity for you to take ownership of our Square One store, drive business growth, and create unforgettable shopping experiences for our customers. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Leadership & Team Development: Build the team, Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. • Business Planning: Develop and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management. • Sales & Customer Service: Drive sales growth by setting and achieving sales and customer service targets, analyzing sales data, and implementing improvement strategies. • Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, facilities management, and cash reconciliation. • In-Store Events: Plan and execute in-store events to enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and drive foot traffic. • Customer Experience: Ensure every customer receives personalized, authentic, and memorable service that reflects the Lusso brand. • Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development to team members to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service expertise. ________________________________________ Qualifications • Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail. • Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading teams to achieve sales and customer service targets. • Experience in business planning, including setting sales goals, analyzing performance, and staff scheduling. • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling. • Ability to create and execute in-store events that drive customer engagement and sales. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale (POS) software. • Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events. • Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in Canada if invited to attend an interview. ________________________________________ What We Offer • Incentive Programs: Eligibility for performance-based bonuses and commission plans. • Benefits Package: Paid holidays, and vacation time • Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within Lusso CA. • Inclusive Culture: A supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and encourages innovation. ________________________________________ Equal Opportunity Employer Lusso is an equal-opportunity employer.
