24/7 Security

Your safety is of utmost importance to us. Our Security team patrols and monitors Square One Shopping Centre and its parking facilities 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Square One Security is onsite 24/7 and utilizes extensive CCTV footage of the property to ensure that Square One is a safe and secure shopping centre.

If you have misplaced an item, please visit the Security Office on Level 1, by Walmart or contact Security at 905-566-9355.

• Family Washrooms – Square One offers family washrooms equipped with change tables. View on Map.
• Nursing Rooms – For your convenience, the shopping centre has nursing rooms available. View on Map.
• Expectant Mother & Small Children Parking – Square One has designated courtesy parking stalls for expectant mothers and visitors with small children near each entrance.

At this time, stroller rentals are not offered at the shopping centre.

There are two phone charger stations that offer portable phone chargers for rent (iPhone & Android compatible). They are both located on Level 2, by Guest Experience. View on Map. The rental fee is $2 for every 30 mins that the charger is rented for.

Security offers car battery boosts and personal escorts to your vehicle as required. For more details, call the Security team at 905-270-7023.

Six electric vehicle charging stations are available in the P4 underground parking garage, near Holt Renfrew. The charging fee is $2 per hour or $5 for a full charge.

Visitors can tap to pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Chargepoint+, or Discover.

Wheelchairs are available on a first come, first serve basis at our Guest Experience desk on Level 2, by Wilfred. A credit card is required as a deposit for the rental. Subject to availability. Please call our Guest Experience team at 905-270-7771 for further information.

Square One offers complimentary Wifi to guests visiting the shopping centre. Please connect to the network, ‘_Square One Shopping Centre’.

To gain access to the network, users will be kindly asked to provide their email address and postal code, as well as acknowledge the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement. Alternatively, users can also be granted access to the network by signing-in in with your Facebook account.
