    We have an exciting opportunity to join the Kiehl’s family as a Kiehl’s Skin Pro. This position is responsible for providing superior customer service and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business.

    As a Kiehl’s Skin Pro you will:
    Deliver Best- in-class experience to customers
    Identify clients’ needs and goals and assist them in finding and selecting appropriate products.
    Be able to demonstrate fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques.
    Maintain client relations through follow-up calls and emails.
    Inform the clients regarding product prices and if there are any special offers available.
    Generate sales to achieve sales target by applying brand selling method, product knowledge and able to follow basic service flow. Maximize selling opportunity by link-selling and cross-selling.
    Maintain the counter/store quality and merchandising: maintain appearance and cleanliness of the store, merchandising, ensure on shelf product availability.
    Regularly attend all scheduled shifts
    What do you need to succeed:
    Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
    Customer service experience
    Great communication skills
    Analytical skills
    Basic computer skills
    Must be willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
    Must be 18 years or older
    Physical Environment: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
    English mandatory, Marndarin as a second language an asset.

    Sales Representative

    Looking for sales representative who
    -is a professional who sells goods to new or existing customer
    -Learning the wants and needs of customers, informing customers of proper use and care for products
    -Build relationships with customers, pitch products throughout the sales process, answer any questions customers have about the products.
    -Assists customers when they enter the store and helps them find a product best suited for them.
