Duties
Greet and assist customers in selecting appropriate eyewear based on their needs and preferences.
Perform fittings and adjustments of eyeglasses to ensure proper fit and comfort.
Educate patients on the use and care of their eyewear, including lenses and frames.
Maintain an organized display of optical products, ensuring inventory is stocked and visually appealing.
Process sales transactions efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Stay informed about new optical products, trends, and technologies to better assist customers.
Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales or optical settings is preferred.
Strong understanding of laboratory processes related to eyewear production is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities:
Technician Duties:
Diagnose and repair smartphones and tablets (screen replacements, battery issues, software problems, etc.)
Perform hardware and software troubleshooting for iOS and Android devices
Maintain inventory of repair parts and tools
Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely and high-quality manner
Keep detailed records of repairs and part usage
Store Management Duties:
Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing duties
Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of products and accessories
Train and supervise junior staff (if applicable)
Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment
Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
