Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable, tech-savvy, and motivated individual to join our team as a Cellphone Technician & Store Manager. This role involves repairing mobile devices, managing daily store operations, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about mobile technology and enjoys taking on leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Technician Duties:

Diagnose and repair smartphones and tablets (screen replacements, battery issues, software problems, etc.)

Perform hardware and software troubleshooting for iOS and Android devices

Maintain inventory of repair parts and tools

Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely and high-quality manner

Keep detailed records of repairs and part usage

Store Management Duties:

Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing duties

Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of products and accessories

Train and supervise junior staff (if applicable)

Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment

Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints

Requirements:

Previous experience in cellphone repair (minimum 1 year preferred)

Experience in retail or store management is a plus

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work independently and make smart decisions on the
Flexible schedule, including weekends
