    Return Policy

    We gladly accept returns up to 7 days after the date you were notified your order was ready for pickup. Returned items must be in unused condition, tags intact and in original packaging. Returns along with the proof of purchase receipt or email confirmation should be brought to the Square One’s Guest Experience Desk anytime during mall hours.

    The Guest Experience – Concierge Desk is located on Level 2, across from kate spade. After entering the mall, proceed to Guest Experience – Concierge Desk. Select items are not eligible for returns. See below for complete details.

    Refund Policy

    Upon purchase return, your refund will be transferred back via the same payment method used for the initial purchase. Please note that this can take up to 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

    Damaged Or Inaccurate Product

    We take great pride in being your personal shopper and have the highest quality standards. Please inspect your order thoroughly upon its arrival. If your order arrives damaged or is inaccurate in any way, please contact us as soon as possible.

    Exchanges

    We do not offer exchanges at this point. For now, we recommend making a return following our refund policy located within our Sale Terms and placing a separate order for the item of choice.

    Price Difference

    We pledge to provide the most up-to-date and accurate pricing, however, discrepancies may occur. In the case the in-store price of your order is lower than the one presented online, our associates will refund the difference using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

    If the in-store price is higher than the one presented online at your time of purchase, we will honour the online price.

    Pick-up Details

    After receiving your order notification email, the order will normally be processed within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup. You must pick up your order within 7 days of the date we confirm your order is ready for pickup otherwise your order will be cancelled.

    To pick up your StyList purchase, visit Square One Shopping Centre, 100 City Centre Drive, Mississauga, Ontario, L5B 2C9.

    If you intend on having someone else pick-up on your behalf, please let us know via text (903) 329-9533 or call us at (905) 270-7771 (select 1 to reach Guest Experience) and ensure they have a valid form of government-issued identification ready with them.
